1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AlphaCore Solutions, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the services on AlphaCore Solutions for personal, non-commercial use only. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, yearly, or one-time basis depending on the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month
  • Yearly subscriptions renew automatically each year
  • Lifetime subscriptions are one-time payments with no renewal
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit any harmful or malicious code
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company or another user
  • To engage in any automated use of the system
  • To harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • To spam or send unsolicited messages

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may need to suspend service for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AlphaCore Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
